Suggestions for the appropriate use of the washer.

The clothes inside the machine will be washed only if they can be thrusted freely inside the barrel by the action of the agitator,

If you overload the machine, this will not happen and the clothes may not be washed entirely.

  • DO NOT place blankets 
  • DO NOT place soap in the softener dispenser (your clothes may result stained)
  • PLACE the softener in the specificized container.
  • IF the clothes have preexistent or hard to erase stains, we recommend a previous stain remover usage.
  • DO NOT wash items that may release flammable gases.
  • Opening the lid during the cycle will automatically stop the cycle, to carry on with it, please close the lid.
  • We recommend to wash with cold water.

Suggestions for the appropiate use of the dryer

Our equipment is programmed to provide a 60 minute process. The full drying of the items placed in it will rely on the type of fabric and selected temperature. This time may or may not be enough. If it is not, please repeat the cycle.

Do not load the machine above its indicated capacity otherwise the items may not dry entirely.

  • Clear the filter located inside the door’s frame. In some of the models you can subtract it, in some others you cannot. In this case, just drag your fingers through it to clear it. Not doing this may result in an unfulfilled drying.
  • Do not place blankets.
  • Do not place soaked uncentrifuged items.
  • Do not place shoes. They will result damaged.
  • To maximize drying power, withdraw dry clothes mid-cycle.
  • After the cycle is finished, please clear the filter and leave the dryer’s door open.
  • Opening the door during the cycle will stop the machine. After closing It again remember to press the Start button again.

Security Measures

  • Do not let children operate these machines.
  • Do not place your hands inside the machine until it fully stopped.
  • NEVER try to repair the machines.
